The Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure moved to amend the resolution on page 1, in the third Resolved clause, lines 12 through 13, by striking out the words “when he became disabled. He suffered from blindness, diabetes, and kidney failure due to Agent Orange exposure while in Vietnam”;

And,

On page 1, in the fifth Whereas clause, line 17, by striking out the words “lost his battle with diabetes” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “passed away”.
